Positive passions

Hello world and everyone out there. Hope you are all having a great time and enjoying whatever your positive passions are about. I'm wishing you an excellent week. For anyone that's out there facing some challenges my prayers are with you and I hope there's a better time coming quick for you. Thanks for all the nice, supportive words for my grinding on to finish my upcoming project. I want to inspire you as well that whatever you think is maybe to hard or impossible to do...trust me you can handle it one day at a time...and don't give it a great try. I believe in you and your amazing, individual dreams, hopes and wishes. Take care, Kyleellen

Music book

Hello world, Hope you are all getting excited for the weekend. Music seems to take a more front and center place in our lives often when the weekend comes. It's a way to relax, reenergize, and celebrate the time off work if you are lucky to have that in your life. Or, it's a time to work in the yard this time of year and you can bring a boombox or radio to listen to some of your favorite tunes to help make the job a bit more fun and moving along.

I just finished yesterday my healing an music autobiography that's in a self-help or thought-provoking style. The artwork is getting created by Roger in Michigan. Should be only a couple months and you will start to know what new project is coming to your corners of the world that I have had a team working with me to launch with a lot of creativity and psychological perspective that is really easy to understand and implement in your life. Until then keep using and being musical in your life daily if possible. Even if all you do is hummmmmmm and notice the music in your life that follows you around. Please tell me your thoughts about what song you hear while out doing errands and where that happened. Kyleellen@cox.net Take care, Kyleellen

A.S.C.A.P. Expo in Hollywood

Hi everyone, Tomorrow is the start of the A.S.C.A.P. Expo music conference in Hollywood. This will be my first year to attend and I'm excited to see what all goes on there. Since this is a performance rights organization I would think it should be really well run and very interesting, as well as, extremely musical. I'm going to be hanging out with two other female musicians one from Alaska, Ruby and the other from San Diego Maria Strump who I just met off of myspace. Going to these types of learning experiences is empowering to me as a musician just to soak myself in thinking about music from all types of angles and sides. I usually meet up with some really cool people. I'm super excited to be able to say hello to Dan Kimpel, music journalist and teacher at the Musician's Institue in Hollywood. He's always upbeat and encouraging to artist who are on their path. While I'm gone on my trip I will be resting peacefully that the last little bit of my book is safely getting finished up with professional editors with PhD's from Harvard. I hope you are all spending plenty of time listening, humming and singing your favorite music so as to get a nice healthy dose of it everyday. Best Wishes, Kyleellen

Anthony Costa's Freeing your inner winner

“Anthony Costa’s approach to empowering people is fantastic. His viewpoints on “Freeing Your Inner Winner” are well worth discovering for you own freedom towards a brighter, happier, and much more successful world of your own.
He is the most intelligent man I have ever met and heard speak. He is extremely easy to understand and deeply knowledgeable about living a fulfilled, balanced and successful life. There is no way that anyone listening to his original ideas will not walk
away enlighten and inspired. I know because he’s done that for me time and time again as I have freed my inner winner as a singer/songwriter and a first time author of my book, “Imagine…. What’s Inside?” Ellen St. Peter, M.A. in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology, Johnston, University of Redlands. Kyleellen@cox.net

Music is healing

How is your week going? Have you been singing or listening to music daily? Not just hearing music the places you go like the market, coffee places, elevator, etc. It's important to use the tool of music to improve you mood by listening to what music hits your own spirit really well. All sound has sound waves and this affects the atoms in our physical bodies as well as our minds. Singing too is another great stress releasing tool. Even if it's in the shower for a little while or humming if nothing else using whatever your musical ablities are is of significant importance to us all. If you want to hear some of my singing/music to judge if I know anything about singing and what keeps me healthy is to always sing...go towards the music, then go to this site.
